Am I right bro? I know those big old walk-up 20 years old condo, 1600-1800 sq ft and above, are rented out to "you know who", you can each time 5-6 at the road side waiting for cab. Haha, I might get a X5 or Volvo XC90 and mount a taxi sign on top, and help ferry them (that's the humsap side of me!), all can squeeze tight tight in the right!

Serious or not! $1.4m, my neighbour selling, $1.4m can have good 'view' of free show haha! I am seriously considering either downgrading to a older condo around east area or get a terrace for $2.4m in Kembagang area haha.

the quota is a twisted concept. this implies they have to find someone to fine versus fining someone because they broke a law.

But those people really are in the wrong. I guess we always want to look for some soft side of the law instead of fine fine fine, summon summon summon.

My take, dare to illegal park, dare to take the fine and pay it.
dare to speed, accept it when they catch you.
dare to not put coupon, don't complain that it's only 5/10/11 minutes when you get the summon.

Don't want to get catch/filmed/summon? Don't do it.

SAF spoken law is still the best.
