You referring to Sports Line or M-sports?

Sports vs Base model - different rims, different interior color trim options, black trim around the windows.

M-sport vs Base - most obvious difference would be the body kit + other options

Taken from catalog. Pls check with pml for actual. When I got my F30 MSport, some items were omitted.

Sports come with sports seat which hugs the body closer and to me, it is more comfortable also.

Sport/m-sport lines come with
1. Extended instrument cluster
2. SAT(sport automatic transmission) the normal transmission can be coded to this but you'll still be missing paddles which then again can be retrofitted.
3. Sport seats as mentioned above, really comfy
4. Sport + mode. (Can be coded)
