Re: CPF - The HOT topic now....must see...

1) die
2) migrate

Re: CPF - The HOT topic now....must see...

Ask your employer don't give CPF to gahmen ..... Pay you direct best. Both part ... Yours and employer's .....

Negotiate pay a bit less less help company save money some more .....

Re: CPF - The HOT topic now....must see...

Whilst I have no issue with the Government taking my CPF funds to be invested, I feel that I have a right to know and decide how its invested. That's the basis of any investment plan. Instead, all I am told is that its good for you and we will look after you in your old age.

Even Australians can opt how they want their CPF funds invested. Added to it, their ROI is certainly more than 2 or even 4%.

Re: CPF - The HOT topic now....must see...

Sorry, is there any case of anyone not getting CPF back after the stipulated age?

I hope you are joking. This is absolutely against the law and the employer will get into big shit. Do take note under no circumstances there can be personal arrangements between employer and employee. I once had a employee who sign an agreement in black and white that he wanted his cpf in cash. years later he reported to cpf and the board made me repay him in cash for the total cpf contribution for the said period of employment. BOTH employer and employee portion with interest. Simi LJ letter also don't count because CPF is between employer and cpf board. Very painful lesson

Not sure how our opinions can change anything. The stone is cast and rest of us should just resign to fate. That fellow still have time to queue up for chicken wings... you think he actually cares about our opinions?

Very soon he will win millions in the court case against CPF hero again. Can buy many many many chicken wings. Amen.

The only way to increase your CPF ROI without Ho Ho Ho paying you your rightful dividends? Simple. Use all your CPF now to buy a flat/condo/house. Ride the wave. Blow the housing bubble bigger. Increase your ROE on CPF by 100%. Thank the garment for a truly successful rich economy.

Afterall this is what the garment wants. What you make they make sure it stays inside the country. What the make, they make sure it flows out and never come back to you until much later. This is not a zero-sum game. Stop dreaming!

I speak from a salaried employee's perspective - I only have a NTC 2 and want to have more cash maybe to start a small biz.

But if one day I ever become big boss like you - I will change my mind.

Till that day comes - CCB gahmen.....

How to use CPF to buy house now that the govt has closed the loophole by upping the minimum sum. So I ask you what's the point of minimum sum when garmen says don't worry we will take care of you when you are old??
