what an airhole coffeeshop owner!!!

ya....was curious so asked collin wasn't there a lease agreement, then he told me landlord said free n easy, no need lease.
now i understand the terms....free n easy (to increase rent when they see your biz good)
hope my landlord aint so chao kuan come next may

ok guys, just got this last minute update from Collin the Satayman.

coffeeshop chut pattern, wanna increase rent so Collin most likely quitting there.
tomoro last day so grab your satay while its still available.

haizzzz.....wasted....we need another venue liao....haha, not to mention nice satay

U missed satayman again. Now just wait for another 8 years lol
