Clonk sound on 1er

Hi,

Just collected my car last friday and start to experience alittle bit of issues :furious:. Hearing weird clonk sound in the cabin when

1. going over hump
2. accelerating up hill from stationary
3. Turning (at times only)

SUPER STOCK so

Any one have similar issues before can give some advice?

Thot ur SE knows abt it? When u sending it in for SVC?

Call your SE and send it in immediately.

Demand for a replacement car if they need to keep car there.

Mine was kept there for 5 days and they rented a Ford Mondeo for me.....no more BMWs according to them.

I am afraid that is all they will do for u....

Bro, just send it in and ask for replacement car cos I doubt it will be done in a day...
Keep everything stock before it is solved...

Yes my SE is arranging for a courtesy car for me so I told him I belly chin chye one, I really dont mind the 335i as he was so apologetic....

So far my experience with PML is quite pleasant despite the issues I faced with the new car. They were all very apologetic and so eager to assist me in whatever way possible. :boring::boring:

Any way, the clonk sound seems to come from the suspension. I opened the boot today and sat at the edge to "bounce" the car alittle bit and all seems to quiet down. May be mine suay suay an old stock so all rusty liao:thinking:

Those with the hatchbacks please also watch out for the black cover on the joint of the rear wiper. I dropped mine on the second day during the drive in the rain, scary...dont' know what else will drop off.

I'm more stock than the stockist. No solar film yet and using the original mat

Hey Bro, read about your case....so hows your ride now? Did PML managed to solve all the problem? Actually I don't really care what car they provide as long as they give us a reasonable car, not picanto of course. Some brands don't even bother.... You have to be down for 48hrs before they realise that you are still their customer.

Which part of BP are you in? I stay in BP too.
