Changing E92 door trims from chrome to black

What options do I have if I want to change the door trims from chrome to black on an E92, and its related cost?

Two ways:
(1) Change the whole trim and the clips beneath the trims. Both sides OEM chrome shadow trims, should cost you $1,500 to 1,600 not counting labour.
(2) Black out the silver trim with tape, like what I did:

The Oracal tape lasted me 3 years so far..... Could be done either at GenConcept or Visionwerkz.

Yeah was thinking about that. Had a look at the trim and wasn't too sure stickers would cover them properly.
A friend mentioned that replacement trims were ridiculously expensive to purchase but I have no idea how much.
Anyone with black ones wanna trade with chrome ones? :chinese:

Also, no reason why the owner with the chrome shadow trim would wanna trade with you....... (PML threw it in as a standard feature for their highline 335 coupes. The 325 coupes from PML do NOT have this trim.)
Got to GenConcept or Visionwerkz. Both know what to do. Can covered around the bend and the inside.....scoobysix said:
Dun even think about it. Both sets of clips will be damaged the moment you removed them, so you need to buy two sets of clips (which are $2 per clips at Eng Soon, if my memory serves me right), and we are talking around 24 clips ONE side for each car......scoobysix said:
