Guess its time to change brake pads and also my first time changing brake pad :)

Like some recommendation of good brake pads that also doesnt produce lots brake dust.

Which workshop and how much?

can try Cool carbon pads.....BOSS motorsports...( hope they bring in these pads for your E36 )...

Yes they do bring in for E36..rear is same size as z4

front n rear pad plus disc...normal oem one....840, just change mine.

Brembo's OEM pads is Ferodo DS1000 whitelabelled ...... get the Ferodo DS2500 cheaper than whitelabelled Brembos......

What aspect of "better" are you looking at?

When comparing brake pads and stoping power, the coefficient of friction between the brake pad and rotor is the main factor. For a given brake pad, the coefficient would vary depending on factors such as temperature, wear etc. Your driving style would determine the operating temp range of your brake pads..so get one which suits your driving needs.

Also it is very important that you or the workshop bed them in properly. Very few workshops make sure that this is done correctly.
