Hi
I had my 2009 X5 Megatronics solenoids changed. This was changed by a friend who has experience in doing it. But after it was changed he sent the vehicle to the BMW service centre for some ac issue and had asked them to do a transmission software reset. After the AC work when the car was being brought back it stopped within 1 km from the service centre and would not start. The guys in the service centre have been at it for a day. The service guy was telling me the problem could be because of changing the solenoids. But I am not sure if this solenoid change can have any effect on engine. Has anyone experienced this before.
