I was thinking about "going-to-rain-later" type of decision at 1-2 pm......... instead of "cancelling" the meetup by no-show, might as well make it T3 "if weather is in doubt"......

T3 Carpark A B3.........

(1) lots of empty lots
(2) nobody checking on you, can smoke
(3) kopi/food court/fast food one escalator away
(4) toilet just besides the carpark
