When u hv a good car, make sure u give her the best shoes too and seriously, look no further than Michelin PS2. It's the best Ultra High Performance street tires available today. In fact, it outperforms any other same class tires on the track too.
Forget bout Pirelli Nero on M3...not a favourite tires at all in the US M3 forum.
Most people's choices are : PS2 and Toyo T1-R ( too bad we dont hv it here )
I started off with CSC (M3 version) => SO3 ( great tires but bit hard & heavy ) => PS2 and no looking back...

wondering if anyone noticed on Tirerack that the PS2 is under the Max Performance category...which was the top category until a few months back that is...now there's a new more hardcore category called the Extreme performance and the yoko AD07 is tops...doesn't that mean it has trumped the PS2..? some advise anyone???
TripleM said:Coz PS2 doesnt make the factory tire specs of 225/45 for the front (only PS1, SO-3 and CSC do). As a result, u hv to settle with 225/40 or 235/40 for 18in.
And to combine with rear...
225/40 with 255/35
or
235/40 with 265/35
For 18in application.
m3magic said:SEI, if you are on 19" you can go 245/35/19 and 275/30/19, that's what I was running (and I think Jack as well) on our CSL 19"... You can also try Chin-Seng-Hin (6861-6106) as they are the sole distributor for Michelin in Spore. But they will be slightly more ex than their dealers like SE and LS etc for obvious reasons.
kurqa, have not tried AD07, so sorry cannot comment. Perhaps those who have experience on the various brands can give their feedback.
