BMW F10 Door Lock Issue

Hi all

My car is BMW F10 2013 5 series with comfort access.
Recently, the car has been showing door open warning when it's actually closed. Car couldn't be locked too.
This issues comes intermittently.

Can anyone advise on this? Any workshop that I can look for?

I am facing this problem too after I got the ride 3 months ago. Happen at least 10 times. Mine is 2013 F10 LCI with comfort access.
You manage to solve the problem?

Mine ended up being unable to lock and has to use key to lock or unlock the door. All issues got well after changing the door lock actuator. Still monitoring the situation thou.

Bavworks did quite a lot of this issue. Can check with William Yeo. 81833083 hope can help u all with locking issues.

Finally got the car dealer (after 3-4 complaints + video of the incident) to replace the actuator & door handle. Finger crossed.... Lol
