hi my petrol light will not go off when i put fuel in it any ideas on what it is or how 2 fix it thanks

could be faulty sensor or worn out wiring....go get the workshop to take out the rear passenger seat n have a look at the sensor attached to the petrol storage tank beneath

I face the same problem before and fuel pump also faulty. so change the whole fuel pump n light is gone.

thats the worst scenario but LL cos part of wear n tear.
try fiddling the wires 1st.....remember to off engine when u do that...
wires sometimes old already, contacts no good or sediment buildup
