That road is right turn only not to go straight and also no pedestrian crossing line. If bicycle wants to go straight should not use that lane. This is the road from Nicoll highway turning to marina square ..

That's the diff btw having a driving license or not having one.

Cyclist may be can give 50% chance.
There are drivers who go straight at that turn left only lane. Not only there but whole Singapore.
But again, illegal mods are more dangerous so garmen should continue to concentrate their efforts there. And then year end say meet their KPI get big big bonus.

Just talk to my insurance company and tell them this incident .. Whose fault will be if hit the cyclist ... They told me if no camera 50,50, but got camera video it the cyclist fault ... So it's a good investment to have a car recorder.. I scare die two Gemini cam in front one blackvue 400 at the rear..
