Some staff who do not speak or write English at all, need to convert their Malaysian car driving licenses to Singapore ones, but are having difficulties passing the required theory test (having failed 3 times in a row). I think it's because of trick questions that have near identical answers in the MCQ, but with key differences.
I'm looking for a tuition teacher of sorts; one who is an expert on the highway code, but who is also fluent in English, Tamil and/or Malay, to come and teach these guys intensively (say across one month) in their mother tongue, running through all questions, especially trick questions, so that these guys can pass the theory test and get their Singapore driving licenses.
