i remembered i saw this car on the road in 1992 - remembered coz my friend pointed out to me when we book out from army.

so maybe this is a local car and someone kept it till now? rebuilt as in overhauled?

Yeah... Parents could only afford to buy Condor for me back then, even gave my primary classmate a slap for stealing the figurjne... now I'm working already, bought Rhino, Piranha and many more to put in my office.
