I live in Hk, i get a combined milage of 11.8Litre/100K which is about 8.47. I drive a 320i E46. Since traffic here is horrendous so I gues Singapore should be better than this number

depends on where you live. CTE in the morning is worse than HK traffic. I do about 12L/100km.
