Auto Start Stop - Stereo restarts after engine starts

Do you guys experience this? Doesn't happen all the time though. Maybe it doesn't like the music I play! F30 1.5 yrs old now, never happened before till lately....

I'm driving an F10. My stereo didn't restart but sometimes the music mutes for a split second.

The wiper might oso pause for a while when ASS kicks in.

How long did you guys stop before moving off when ASS kicked in ?

RBB has a point, if I stopped for a few seconds, there will be no split second mute of music. However the wipers will pause until the car restarts - all the time.

Bro mine the wiper still sweeping when ASS kicks in, it's when the engine restart then cause the wiper to pause.

Car need to stop other power consuming functions so as to give full elect current when restarting ?

Maybe the junction/e box need to be configured for it to return to position ...

No lah, my F10 wipers pauses for a split second during engine restart. During ASS stop, everything including aircon, radio, cd, wipers, etc, continues to work normally.

Strange part is that it never happened till recently. Did not do any mod etc lately. Battery issue? If so, wouldn't there be a warning?

Yes bro if batt issue will have warning, jus brin it bac since still under warranty, only issue is might not b easy to trace... Cheers.
