auto horning and auto engine cut off

Am new in this forum, hope to learn from all. Hope my questions are not too ignorant
Does anyone has experience where your car can auto horn and engine auto cut off?
It is 216D GT. 3 warranty due in 2 months time. PML fixed several times, it seems like they are clueless too. After servicing, the is a knocking sound at steering wheel whenever I attempts to park the car.
