Ok, enough rant. Why the f everytime some shithead does something stupid, like write a retarded post in Twitter, slap an old lady, caught with 16-yr old prostitute, living off the old parent's money, etc must always come up with some sob story?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending his actions...but it is clear to me from the video that this guy is mentally unsound and needs treatment + whatever punishment.
