Pilipala you need to give more info on your appetite for risk... also how easy is it for you to leverage on bank loans etc. That's an important factor as you can get capital gains on more than just 700k if you play it right, and your holding power also is extended to a longer duration.
If your appetite for risk is not great, go buy high dividend yielding blue chips... not all at one shot...take your time to buy in, looking at history of the stock and value.
