advice on anti-roll bar for e60 (523i)

Hi i'm thinking of installing anti-roll bars / sway bars on my 523i so that I can have fun with some tight cornering .

I'm in warranty and on stock springs/shocks and wondering if anyone with experience can share some thoughts/ experience on the various options (brands) and specs out there.

arb for e60 is not in yet, need to indent them which takes abt 2 - 3 wks or so. imo, even if u install the arb, with stock suspension & tyres, it'll be too harsh & much roll. not unless if u've a proper set-up, i/e sports suspension & decent low profile tyres, don't try too hard to have fun with any tight corners.

as for brands, u can look at m-tec, acs, m5 etc. happy modding!

I ordering H&R ARBs for myself liao!! Even with ARBs on stock suspension, U'll notice the car handles alot better than stock with less roll!!

ya la, u still need to order ma! try calling pml & see what they've got. but of course the car will handle better by installing arb alone as oppose to a stock-to-the-bone one. nothing is complete without pss9 & trempo tyres, hehey!

I heard my name!!

Great White is right, I can attest that the ARB worked wonders on my very stock suspension, was quite pissed with the initial body roll, installing the sway bar made me a happier driver indeed!!

yo,

i need a set. my 523i body roll is too much for me to handle.

after lowering with springs still feel handling not hot enough

cant tahan, cannot do tight turns and cornering and chase those hondas ..hhehehe.

any discount on group buy? sure will save on the freight charges.

count me in but have some more I'm curious about how to adjust to "neutral" setting i.e not change the balance to oversteer/understeer while negating body roll - manufacturer recommended ? or "test and learn". also any comparison between brands e.g H&R and Eibach ?

we dont have dynamic drive in our 523i so guess we have to buy both front and rear right?
