hi bros,

need some kind comments from u all.

popped by a rim shop today to shop for rims cos hand getting itchy again, saw the replica AC tyie iv racing rims which looked real yummy.

but at the same time one of my good frens offered me a set of 4 M3 rims E46 type that was fresh from PML cos he bought some other rims.

i'm more towards the ACs cos of the design but the M3 rims are original ones, back rims slightly wider than fronts kind.

the ACs replicas are slightly more ex the BMW ones.

can advice me??? pls pls pls...thanks :woowooo:

Logic dictates that your car is not an M3? Or if it is, it didn't come with the original M3 rims?

If your car is a NON-M3 E46, you will have problems with original M3 rims as the offset is very aggresive, especially in the back. M3's have wider fenders. You must do quite major bodywork to fit them in.

You will have no problems with fitting with ACS replicas on a NON-M3 E46.

guess i will go for the ACs replica then....thanks!!!
by the way, anybody interested in the M3 rims then? my fren not really a forum guy here so i help him ask then.
the shop quoted me 850 for the AC replicas....4 of em 17 inchers Type IV Racing replicas with labour and stuff....is that a reasonable price?

thanks bro, but too late cos i placed my order for ACs V instead of IV already cos they told me it was new stuff.
my tyres brand new plus FC already quite high so i decided to stick to 17 inchers.
anybody interested in my old rims? hehe
