Adjusting passenger side mirror tilt

I have a silly question.

When i reverse, the passenger side mirror will normally tilt downwards to allow me to see the kerb.
But for me, the tilting does not seem to go "low" enough and hence i still have to crane me neck to see the kerb.

Anyway to adjust it further downwards?

I tried putting gear into R, wait for the left mirror to tilt then adjust it down further, but it does not stay in the same position the next time i reverse.

In fact, after i disengage the R gear, my normal position is now set lower as well.
Hahahaha!

Choose the mirror button to the left mirror, the tilting will be full when reverse. If the mirror button is right. The tilting of your left mirror when reverse will be half tilted.

When i flick the switch to the left, the mirror does not tilt at all.
