your 335 suppose to give you joy not sorrow.
once you tasted turbo you wont want NA anymore.
you need to single out the negatives and concentrate on the postive.
but i never see my RPM reach 3000 before gear changes.

Nope, that is not what I wanted.
What I want is the car does not die at low Rpm.
Now problem of car dying in low rpm solved but starts two new issue. High fuel consumption and very high revs.
Used to achieve average 7-7.5 heavy footed on 98.
Now V power average 6-6.5. 98 will be even lower.
Used to RPM change around 4-5k rpm... Now is 7- redline.
It is a great car still ....but trying to catch the car behaviour.
I am just having an idea the car turbo is not functionning well ....

I release flooring and the gear changes ....
But is the car serve me not i serve it mah ...
Then sometimes you think it would change but it dun upshift....
Anyway going to bang table at Munich this wednesday .... to get the tech guy to come out and explain my car...
Then unsolve have to send it out for a third opinion.
What MA could've done is reprogrammed your ECU to do the following:-
- enriched the air/fuel mixture - leads to higher FC.
- increased the gearshift rpm.
these are typical remedies for engine dying at low rpm, because perhaps they were thinking the air/fuel mixture was too low.
other (more competent) workshops will spend more time troubleshooting to get to the root of the problem, e.g. clean the MAF sensor and fuel injectors, check HPFP, etc.

Yet to visit your recommendation workshop yet (maybe you could kindly PM me a couple of choice with the usual tech guy(name) serving you/your ride?) I am trying to get an appointment or book a slot but Da man is too busy ... lines is tough to get thru as well ....
What we want is not to have headaches and a proper true opinion and not kana smoke.
Do some research, study the technical aspects a bit (for instance compare the symptoms against e90post), and learn to get second opinions from another workshop, even (and especially) if your first workshop is the agent.
I have mentioned to you before - get a check with Boss, especially with N54 or HPFP issues. Yours could be a solenoid issue.

True ... I did learn some stuffs on the E90post.
They have cars dying off at low RPM but they are with JB4 or some piggyback issues however mine is stock so there is more questions in my head rather than me able to answer.
