Is it loud? cos if your ride is dead stock, should be dead quiet for a 7. unless u have a good CSA down at PML to look at it else dun bother cos most of the CSA will just tell you "7 is like that one".. waste time.
why not join us this month end meetup and let some of the fello 7 owner test it out cos sometimes its pretty difficult to understand the actual situation from written.

2 months ago i have this humming sound coming out from my ride too at low rev ,i dun noe whether shld i descripe it as humming sound but anyway,.... sound seems to be coming from within the aircon vent... ask J4C what could it be? they said could be something loose in the dashboard and need to dismantle the whole dashboard to find out. No way i m going to let them do that just to get rid of the sound so i live with it. 3 weeks ago, i was back there again to do some small project. During the process, they found that just beside the midpipe area, a heat shield cracked and is producing a humming sound when low rev cos the crack is exactly at the screw part securing the heat shield... so when at low rev, vibration causes the sound.. Got it changed at S$38.. Sound totally gone. Hope this help.
