Out of curiosity, yes the police have computer record showing the appointment made or even video taken by hotel camera but there is no evidence that the men actually have sex with the girl. Even if the girl claimed they did but where is the proof...Where is the evidence either trace of semen and DNA evidence??? The men can claimed that they adore her so much just to pay her $$$ to pcc in front of her...

This will be the defence.
Under S376B, “sexual services” means any sexual services involving:
(a) penetration of the vagina or anus of a person by a part of another person’s body (other than the penis) or by anything else; or
(b) penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth of a person by a man’s penis.
So, the charged could be:
(a) engaging her for a PCC session
(b) hugging her and watching TV's Nickelodean channel with her cause she is too cute
(c) lar jee-ing with her after paying $500.

1. the ring leader admit he is a pimp = evidence 1
2. the ring leader admit the transaction (money) is for sex = evidence 2
3. the girl testimony = evidence 3
4. the circumstantial evidence (ie: both check in the hotel, time spend in the room, etc)

Irregardless, if it is a Singaporean, big fark or not, will still come out on newspaper.
As usual, our country has a preferential treatement towards foreigners so long as they finger the governement with their legs wide open.
