It depends on which portion of the fuel line you wish to assess.
The portion of the line leading into the engine can only be assessed if you remove the plastic engine cover. The line can be found behind the engine but access may be difficult as it is set quite far back.

The fuel line can also be assessed from beneath the engine compartment.

Like yky said, it depends on which part of the fuel line u want to access..

The fuel line comes all the way from the rear under the passenger seat to the front engine.

If u r thinking about clamping some magnet for the engine kind of thing, then the easiet part is to remove the air con microfilter holder and the part that is holding the car's ECU. Once that is removed, u can find the part where the metal hose from the fuel injector meets the rubber hose from the fuel filter..
