altho i must confess that i didnt take to its quasimodo looks initially but its looks has since grown on me.
at $30k more, it ll certainly be more distinctive than the F10s =]

not true....in my opinion, not comfy compared to what?
want comfort, go for 7er or S class?
i drove a jap Rav4 before, and when i went for test drive with my frens, they were giving negative
comments, like they will vomit everytime they take my car becos of the bodyroll.
i felt otherwise and eventually still bought it and enjoyed for 3 years.
yes, please test drive to really know it.

i think jeremy clarkson is trying to find fault with bmw like
a) the iDrive changed screen when the aircon button is being touched, what's wrong?
b) making X6 slide on the possibily wet slope with road tire while the range rover climb another side of the slope with less incline probably with low ratio plus 4x4 lock activated and likely offroad tire
Why not pit the X6 against whatever range rover at the sepang or nurburing?
I think for singapore & malaysia highway use, the X6 is way superior over range rover cos of chassis dynamics tuned for road use.
Compared to F10, X6 might not have the extreme conering capability but as a bmw, how bad can their road holding be?
It might be much taller than F10 therefore high speed stability might be inferior but with its sumo wrestler's weight and capable on board electronic nannies, i would say its high speed stability should be good.
I would recommend X6 for your case but my heart is longing for the F10 when my time is due with E60.
My workplace is opposite the factory where bmw bring in their new cars from port to prepare for delivery and last night i saw a black F10 with the striking LED light going up the car carrier. My heart melted at that instant, its so beautiful.....

love the S5 sportsback...so much nicer than the F10 (535). Saw the F10 at the showroom my comments...no wow factor, and boring. E60 has more character.

clarkson is a tv showhost.. he has to be very polar on his views or else is dam boring,.. hes like every other journo talking kok. maybe chris harris could b a better reviewer, but then again hes abit too technical... so technical n boring or fun & bullshitty?

already saw a few f10 on the road , for me, im sorry but i hav to say that it looks very normal and plain ..perharps we already saw too much 7 series on the road which looks more distinctive and more road presence ? it didnt work out for me... ANd yes u r right, for my case, X6 should be the ride for me...but drop by pml last week, price shoot up to 326k...kns.
