Heard from radio this am that Spore lost to Hkg for the Asian Aerospace next year....
Guess no aerospace "deal" locally then, at least for next year..

Bro, AA only comes to Singapore every 2 yrs so its natural for it to go to HK for 2007 and continue there. UK Reeds can't agree with the Singapore govt, that's why. But the airshow will come back in 2008 under Singapore EDB.

Anyway, the site is so bad that moving mockups & engines & tanks into the halls is very dangerous due to the sinking ground! From the 1st AA to now, our boys have seen the ground sink by more than 45cm!!

And MW still arranged for mass photoshoot of Bimmers at his wedding last year at that location. Damn, we cld have lost alot of chio bimmers then hahahaha.

Will take pics when i'm there Provided I don't get caught... everything is in a mess cuz the stands are not up yet and exhibitors are only arriving this week. Try to "borrow" a E60/90 to give it a spin too... hahaha!

S'pore Aerospace is gonna come into the pix for the 08 show. Reeds Exihibition has made a fortune for the past decade from these shows & seems they're looking at brining airshows to China which i doubt it'll fly. As for venue, they've been wanting to shift outta present site for the longest time but due to lack of air space, LL, cows come home liow & they're still stucked in the same place, apart from the ground sinking 45cm, temperature is rising too, between 2 to 4 deg.

Think they'll rebadge the show but it'll be the same, only under the Govt instead of Reeds. heard that it'll be at a new 25ha site but i guess it'll be somewhere near the present place though. And its FREAKIN' hot man!

Hey, I just saw the AA cars, an E60 and an E90 at ECP this afternoon at ECP heading to town... Both got plates SAA 3**, puzzled at first but remembered AA... haha

Yup, was at Suntec and saw 2 e60s there. There will be a conference there for AA hence the movement of AA cars around Suntec, AA and along ECP.

Yeah airspace was closed for 45mins causing some flights delay too. But I had first class view of the A380 flying around in circles.....big big. Too bad the frogs were flying it.

Dont know man. Most likely not. Actually not a very good looking plane. Only good thing is everyone knows about this plane.
