Collected the car yesterday and drove it for couples of km before switching to 19" forge rims and non-RFT PS2. The difference is very great in term of handling the PS2 are far more comfortable and grippy then stock. Because of the weight of the original rims you will feel that it is heavier in feel but the forge rims will give you better accelerration but initially you just don't feel confident in the car because of the weight but once you get use to it then you will be ok with it.
The 335 should always be driven in the sport mode it just give you better control of the car. If you are a person who wants to feel confident all the time then my suggestion is to get a rims that is heavier and not too light even original forge rims from BMW are heavier. I am running 235 and 265 behind ride is beautiful. The M suspension I personally still felt a bit soft for me so I will be probably looking at anti-roll bars to twitch the chassis a bit to make it more rigid.
I will later give my feed back of the 335 against my wife S3.
