I think get no head no tail already began from post #2 and on-going.

Oh yea, why fail? Non-LTA Compliant? Fail sound decibel scale? Fail CO2 emission? Loose Joint? WTH.....

Meaning have not went for inspection?
U already purchased e ride? If not yet, get owner to send for inspection. If yes, maybe seek owner/seller for recourse?
