Yup, that stretch near to Upper Changi Road North exit is crazy!! poor design by LTA for that stretch, I must add... have to go through it everyday though... haha

just 2 days ago on Mon, super jam on TPE, divert into pasir ris gridlock also!

Yup, and the jam happens for no apparent reasons... anyway, I usually just ride it out.. no point diverting... haha
