Guys, guys, it's been more than a week now, and there's been no updates, sounds or squeaks from PML regarding when my cars will be ready. I fear these guys are gonna fix BOTH cars at once before sending them back to me - chief issue I reckon is whether they're gonna repair vs replace the LED headlights in my F13 - and, like PAP, PML will now need to form a committee to decide whether a committee needs to be formed to discuss the above issue.... KNNCCB.

I still have their strawberry F10 to putter about town - so, looks like I'll be driving that to the meet up, UNLESS wife needs the car, which means, I don't have anything to drive at all, or, by some miracle of heaven, my cars get returned to be by Thursday!

I'll keep you guys updated....

Well I go back to PML for milk when needed: I can't be helping them to feed their camel. 1 week 2 full tanks, that's how much it drink!!

Mine was to sort out the gremlins that surfaced during the 1st month shake-down run-in period. Principally, excessive water vapour in the headlights. My SE is quite on the ball - she knows I banged table big time when I found a similar problem on my F02, so she's doing the table banging for me. PML said they'll look into claiming warranty for me - if they don't, I'll take it over to MA and that's it - I'll stick with MA for servicing, AND also for my next car. My SE also knows this, so she's trying to get PML to get BMW AG to replace my headlights for me.

Thus, the committee to discuss the necessity of forming a committee for headlights replacement. Hence, the delay.

I've already clocked nearly 1000km in a week with the F10 they provided, so I don't really care Every night, take car out & drive and drive and drive, hehehe. And I'm pumping Shell 95 only hahahah

Mine is cabin squeaking noise.. Once when I traveling along expressway, I went to wind down my rear window to air my car, but immediately once the window down, there is this extremely high resonant frequency noise at the back of me, making me totally unable to even concentrate on driving.

There is also once, (my doors are all locked), when I am reversing in to park, my front passenger door just unlock and open, with the door open warning light went up... It is not even seventh month lo :/

Its not car too cheap...is they not enough courtesy car cause car not cheap..they are...

last time i sent my E89 in for 3-4days for a roof problem also bo courtesy car..i ask must wait how long...the CSA told me few months...i gave them a spider to F and went to take a cab...

Servicing will not have courtesy car.. But your coolant leakage should allow u to have a courtesy car. But that don't come automatically. U have to bang table from left to right side of PML, from 1st floor to 2nd floor to get it... Basically, make noise to let them know your dissatisfaction ..

Servicing will not have courtesy car.. But your coolant leakage should allow u to have a courtesy car. But that don't come automatically. U have to bang table from left to right side of PML, from 1st floor to 2nd floor to get it... Basically, make noise to let them know your dissatisfaction ..

I'm fair with my SE. If it's servicing, I don't expect courtesy car. In fact, my SE usually comes over to the house to pick up the car & drops off the car at our house when it's done, so I can't fault her for that. Moreover, the F02 has a pickup/drop off servicing program that sends a driver to pick up the car, so, again, I can't complain.

HOWEVER, if I have to send the car in to fix a defect or a fault not of my own doing, I will INSIST on a courtesy car & bang table until I get one.

Even though the F02 has a program that allows me to call up an 'extended' test drive car for 3 days, I will also insist on courtesy car - it's a matter of principle.

Frankly speaking, it's not about the price of the car - NO car from PML can be considered 'cheap', it's a matter of principle. You sell me a defective item, you jolly well fix it - and why should it be at my expense? Pui.

Top up coolant message pops up after 4 months 7k mileage, top up with new coolant, message continues to pop up randomly.. Checked coolant level seems fine no leakage under car.. So I sent back at the same time servicing due..
