Re: 19"s - finally
Your new rim is super chio sia:goodup:. The new tyre will needs some distance to run-in. Certainly ride is more engaging with 19".
Can PM the price for the GY Tyres?
Thanks and Cheers.
Hi,
I am thinking of changing to this type of license plate but not sure if this is approved by LTA.
Of course, I will keep to LTA guildlines on the Size and spacing requirements.
Can any bro advise me?
Thanks for help.

Re: Improved Fuel Consumption with upgraded 19"
After monitoring for another few more days, I think my car FC is confirmed to have improved. Here's my updated record taken this afternoon.
Hope this provides some useful information for other bros.
Happy Motoring.

Re: Improved Fuel Consumption with upgraded 19"
Pic taken this morning after sending kids to school and then to my work place.
9.8km/l. Weight of Rim and tyre seems to be making alot of different to my car FC.
Re: Improved Fuel Consumption with upgraded 19"
Yes the weight is alot of different, even the installer complained that the 17" OEM with RFT is so much heavier compared to the Prodrive 19" with normal tyres.

Don't mind 2nd Hand if it is still in good condition.
Thanks.

Re: New owner of 5er
Welcome and Congratulation on your new 520i.
I just got mine delivered last week. Exactly the same model.
I'm sure you are gonna love the ride. The only "MUST" do upgrade will probably be the sound system. The stock SQ is pathetic. You may read many of the post...
Re: bloody dent on my car
Thank you Slater.
I'm actually trying to find a workshop/accesoriess shop that carries these "Coloured Door Guard". Hope that after installing will be able to avoid as much as possible the annoying minor dents caused by those "I don't care" drivers who open car...
