My air con just didn't work today after I start my car. There is a constant weird sound coming from the air vents when ever I turn on the a/c. I'm driving a 3-4 year old E60 523i, about 45k km mileage... How much would the repair costs?

Re: knocking dent, respraying? recommendation? is it near the side fender? i had a dent there.. i went to a lot of workshops, they said because that part is covered, so they have to drill. they do not want to go thru the trouble of opening the bottom and knock it out

Re: Traffic Police Pricelist if they use infrared at night, like cctv, should there be a source too? like cctv has this infrared emitting led around the lens, and it can be seen at night. i drove quite close to the tp while they were pointing, i just saw a small handy cam, no infrared source...
