Hi, thinking to sell my Jan 2008 320i

Basic details:

BMW E90 320i Pre-Lci (156hp)
Monaco Blue on Lemon interior
Registration date: Jan 2008
OMV: $43,709
ARF paid: $48,080.00
Quota Premium: $13,289
Mileage: 60,665km as of 2016/02/04
First owner
Asking Price: S$52,000

BMW stock 18" wheel with bridgestone RFT (staggered) replaced in 2012 (rims got scratches and need touch-up) and 2015(2 front tires)
HID headlight/LED angle eyes
Air con coils changed in 2011 at PML
Valvetronic changed in 2011 at PML
Oil sump leak fixed in 2013 at BVO

In-warranty services/repaires done at PML
Post warranty services done at BVO

88k to me is a bit too ex. unless you have mods thrown in.

76k is what I paid for my Dec '07 320iXL (Xenon angel eye)
OMV @ $44K
black on brown leather (was told its a 5k option from PML)

went for diagnostic, changed Valvetronic. paid $300, balance dealer absorb.

well, the old latio i had new since Jul '07 was traded in at mileage of also @130K, so i guessed thats all right.
since the critical 100K has been passed for so much and I reckon the only previous owner would have done the necessary changes.
sent the car for eval prior to purchase @ paya ubi and need only change the valvetronic motor.
so far, (touch wood) the car has been good to me.
only two days ago discovered a minor leak in EO. lost @250ml over 4300km.

its the brown interior that spoke to me...

Thats where I think most people are wrong. Used cars are much more affordable than new due to less absolute downpayment dollars required.

my july 2008 320i (pre-fl) quoted 72k by dealer ... mileage 130,000km

accident free, full service record, pristine condition ... all no count

Reasonable price for a 50K km mileage car. If you would offer a 3 month problem free warranty like most used car sellers, it will put many potential buyer's mind at ease. Good luck to your sale.
