Hi - dont think that they sell the buckle separately. It comes as a set as attached to the belt inclusive of the spool mechanism.
Part number depends on the colour of the belt.
Left - 72 11 9 190 XXX where - xxx= 211 (black), 237 (Grey), 213 (beige)
Right - 72 11 9 117 222 102 (black) and 72 11 9 190 xxx (grey), 212 (beige)
