hmmmm.. let me guess....

1. they use freaking rough cloth to wash resulted in scratches.
2. they dun dry down properly.. every part of your ride still dripping wet and when dried up, visible water marks can be noticed
3. instead of vacuuming ur car, they wet your mats/carpets cos they remove them and left them on the wet floor.

I never let them wash my car...infect, i ask them to jot down "dun wash Car" on my collection chit.. Im just waiting for 1 fine day if they wash, I make sure they give me a new paint job!!!..... wait, i guess this will not happen cos my last 4 services were done out of PML.

I also didn't let PML wash me car.. coz mine is too old, will spoil their sponge and chamois cloth.. kekekekkeke

swirl marks and fine scratches is what u will get when u let pml washes ur car.....just tell the service adviser not to wash it...

Hi,

Mine was washed the last time i went in cos' i forgot to tell them not to...... no big issue leh.
Probably, Toughseal applied on my car is giving real good protection.
