I think gold Mobil 1 is still the best engine oil

Have been using OWS and Liquid Moly and decided to change to gold Mobil 1 - 0W40.
The result is amazing with much smoother and quieter engine.
Never felt better.

Those currently using gold Mobil 1 agree?

But Mobil OW40 burnt out faster than 5W50 lor...

I agreed OW40 is good too!

I think OWS is making good money in Singapore.
Recently at a workshop saw a young sales guy from OWS driving Audi A7.

Just to add, becareful with OWS. Do abit more research and then you will find out whether there are indeed any 'German' roots or so claimed. Do let me know where their office is in Germany as well, since it is all 'produced and manufactured' there.

I was on ows, it was smooth, changed to Castrol edge, and its much smoother!

Maybe trying pennazol thingy next service...

actually to each his own but I tried Mobil 1 vs Castrol Edge and hated Castrol cos the engine felt like siap siap friction after about 2000km..then I changed to Mobil 1 and went to Heaven..tat is until I discovered Amsoil..but Amsoil is expensive

Read the OWS label...Its says Engineered in Germany.....It could be by a German Accountant or even a Porn Actor...
My guess high profit margin and long payment terms..

Wonder why there are everywhere and represented in many workshops.
Must be very good marketing.

OWS actually has a long history according to the TV ad I saw..some old VW Beetle from my dad's time until now big company..

Fact is, there will always be stupid people on planet earth. Not saying you guys (no offense intended) but really as long as your marketing is swee swee, there will be suckers.

I'm sticking to Castrol or Mobil. SO far Castrol (the default BMW oil) has been good. The Shell that PML put in was horrendous.
