Hissing sound around the console box

Has anyone experience the hissing sound around the console box area? It happened when the car was started and moved. After 30 seconds the sound will be gone. If the car was switched off for about 10 mins and restarted and moved again, the sound will come back again. Does anyone know what went wrong? Greatly appreciated for your advice!
My car model is 318i -2003.

I am also experiencing the same hissing sound with my car... I guess it is just doing some dignostics or something warming up when the car starts up... Not having any problems so far

Thanks Xuexun for your response. May I know how long have u encountered this and is the sound still persistant now? I've this problem about 1 month already, quite worried. Thinking of sending to workshop to check but the sound came on and off sometimes. It may be a waste of time. Anybody knows what is the cause of it?!
