Help! my roof is leaking. need contractor recommendation

the recent storms have shown the weakness of my roof.

i'm staying in a inter-terrace

anyone has engaged a roof leakage repair company before & like to recommend their Good service

I used 1 company before. not very good. came like 4 times in 1 year. they say sometimes the repair is more ART than Science. after patching 1 place, the water will find new place to seep thru.

Also, anyone has advice to give about this roof repair?

what did the contractor do to repair yr roof? just did a cement screed to the corners? did they replace the metal roof flashings?

where did the water seep though? only at the corners/sides?

The photos show work done 4 yrs ago when roof was constructed

Leaking thru the sides where the joint is with the side wall

from the pics i can only deduce that the metal flashings were inadequate . it shd be covering the entire fire stop wall

Thanks. i think so too. my wife says it's called CAPPING

i think right wall can cap, cos quite low.

but the left wall how?
this is my neighbour's setup next to my my adjoining wall which is higher than his roof

frm the new picture....i can see that the capping/flashings are alrite leh. yr water seepage is water marks on ceiling ? most prob is neighbour wall's cracks/holes

The new pic is my neighbour's roof, not mine

water literally dripping from the joint between false ceiling and wall - which is directly below where the flashing is

I had my roof replaced in 2020. We just had a heavy rainfall over the past week and my tenant notified me that their is water leaking through the ceiling into their laundry room. I checked the attic and and there is water damage from a 2 year old roof! There is no external damage i.e. tree falling down etc...
Who do I get involved to get the roof repaired? The original contractor who installed the roof? Or someone else to address the issue asap? I was also told at the time of installation that the shingles have a life time warranty, not sure how that comes into play here. Additionally, can I hold the roof installer responsible for the water damage? Has anyone ran into the same issue? Appreciate any insight.
