E93 - Wind Noice

Hi there,
Any bros out there get wind noice from the e93.
I just notice that at about 100 kmh, I can hear some wind noice ( whistling sound )from the window.
How do I get rid of it.
Have not send back to agent.

hi bac,

this seems to be a generic issue with the e93 (and with most covertible for that matter). BMW is aware of this but i m not sure if they have found a way around the problem. see below:

i have been looking (hearing) out for the sound ever since i got my ride and luckily no sound *pray pray*.

i would suggest u bring the car back to the agent and see if they can do anything abt it. Even if they cant, at least it is on the record...

I don't know what sort of whistling sound you get from your E93 but I do not have that sort of sound but then again the sound insulation for our car won't be as good as a normal hard top

I dont have the noise in my car. Best is to check with PML and see and rectify the problem. cheers
