Thanks to you guys for this useful thread. Bought a set from ebay for US$30 including shipping and spend less than 10mins replacing the leaking dampers. Use a small screwdriver to push the clip for removal. Don't need any tools for installation.

Now it's more difficult to close from full opened position.

I bought mine from ebay, same no cushioning...pissed off and put back the original set...better to buy locally, can go back to them if got issue.
