Re: Anyone know where to find an in-car entertainment system installer to fix DVD pla
I am disappointed that I was told by Thomas that Hong Guan closed. He did not tell me that they have gone into a partnership at Extremez.I had done a few car set up with him and the last was my Bm.paid the tuning $300fee as always and installed a alpine 800.When I asked for my warranty card, was told that do not worry, can come back and we will handle it.I am posting this due to lack of sincerety. My Bm airbag was deployed whist installing my system but the staff at Hong Guan kept quiet and when I took my car,the error message lit up.i asked my mechanic to check and discovered that the airbag had been deployed and cunningly put back.i called them and was told that they will replace it and their staff admitted to the deployment.i had to bear the cost of checking.issue is what if I had got into an accident?
I have learnt a bitter lesson never to take it for granted.my warranty card gone as I had trusted Hong Guan.
I wish to state that the tuning fee paid upfront is not worth it as its gone forever.
Never have I had this experience and just wish to share my disappointment.I paid for all work done and nothing was free and I have reason to express my thoughts so that others will be aware of it.
By changing partnership does not mean obligations are gone.
You guys be aware.thank you Hong Guan
