will coe drop to 30k in the coming months ?

hi folks

i am predicting coe for cat b and cat e to fall to 30k.
reasons being

1) deadline for drastic cut pushed to next year.
2) extra coe supply for one year.
3) a lot of panic buyers already bought.
4) economic uncertainty.

what you guys think ?

then coe may 30k

the only time coe is cheap is when alot of pple lose their jobs. So best is wait for that to happen. Same for property to a lesser extent

highly unlikely .... i think at $45K-$50k coe level car showroom will be packed like hawker centre liao due to pent up demand
point 1 to 3 will not make a great impact for coe to plunge
point 4 is critical which will affect stock and property and subsequently all hell break loose but greek and eurozone already jerking for 2 years liao and still going on :sneaky:

Who's trolling the showrooms this weekend? Please take a snapshot of the crowd. If the crowd is anything like WP's supporters for BE rally, then COE will climb instead of drop.
