My rims are in the pic.

335i E93.

My Front rim is 8.5 J 19inch +28 offset. 2.5inch lips. Tyres is 235/30 or 245/30 ? South East says 245 lei? Will this rub fenders?

Rear rim is 10 J 19inch +28offset. 3.5inch lips. Tyres is 275/30/19.

HRE recommend this sizes and offset .

Collecting car this week he he finally.

Front should be okay, but rear is too aggressive. I doubt you could avoid rubbing with 275........

When I enquired HRE, they said they will build the PERFECT offset for the car leh, so now u got the offsets from them? Ok lets say they are accurate.

Front 8.5J +28 arh? Wah the reccomended in front is actually +35 on 235/35/10 tyres worr, so the wheels are pushed further out by 7mm worr, which is likely to rub right? Somemore use 245? I think will kena the fenders le, someone pls correct me if wrong

Rear 10J +28 ? The recommended used by many is actually 9.5J +30 which is supposed to be very flushed so u are just 2mm further outwards. 265 tyres may not rub but 275 may rub a little worr.

Thanks bro, but some tyres shop told me 235/35/19 should go with 265 behind. Orelse the speedo is not accurate ??

But my rear is 10 J / 19inch / +28 offset.

I will make appointment with uncle lye this week.

Re: What size tyre to use ? and do i need to roll fenders?

Ideally, 30mm in between front and rear....... but seriously +28 offset is damn aggressive. Do they know it's for E92? Or they thought it's E90?

Bro they know it is for E92, infact they recommend front 28 and rear 24, but i told them i wanted to be sure it wont rub. So they recommend i use 28 front and rear 28. They have done alot of E92 and E93.

Infact, the sales person i contacted is driving a E92, and he is using F 24 and R24.

Re: What size tyre to use ? and do i need to roll fenders?

Front 245 /35 tires, offset +28 is fine, v aggressive in fact, wont rub ur fender for sure

Rear 275 is correct size for 10J but +28 u need to do fender work, roll the bugger real hard , dial -2 deg camber then u will avoid rubbing

Bro this is confusing liao.

1). South EAST ah hoe say i should use 245 in front if i use 275 at rear, but after that he say if i use 245 infront when i do cornering my inner tyre will rub. ?

if i use 235 i cant use 275 behind the speedo is wrong. What should i do man.

2). For the rear i dont mind doing fender work but i'm not adjusting my camber angle. Is that ok ?

Hi dude

Inner tires will result in rubbing if they the offsets are too positive as the wheel now sits closer inside, make sense?

as for the rear, first thing u definitely have to roll ur fender work first...then let's see if u r factory camber setting allows that or not....If u lower ur ride, u will get some -ve camber but if not enough, u dial in more.

gd luck

Re: What size tyre to use ? and do i need to roll fenders?

for e92 rear the max offset without rubbing if lowered is et33 with 265/30/19 on a 9.5j rim.
for e90 its et28.

for front et 30 wont rub.et28 dont know.

Re: What size tyre to use ? and do i need to roll fenders?

Ideally 235 with 265, 245 with 275.

I am running 235 and 275.... more understeering........... but I need 275 at the rear because of grip.......blame Procede.....
