Values go down on new Diesel rules?

I am considering buying a used 116 d, but concerned values will go down as the government looks to be really urging less and less diesel. Thoughts?

Hence the higher CEVS imposed next yr for D cars. Best time to get it now, otherwise u can only consider used D cars from next yr onwards

not sure the effect thou... but may wan to hold on dat thought on D cars, juz saw the news on this that BMW denies collusion on diesel emissions. 2015 VW may relapse?
