seriously, i need to 'learn' to accept that 99 LH mass market condo 3bedder is NO 1M NO TALK
just like COE is smelly smelly >$55K for longgggg longggg time

I can't find any reasonable size 3 bedroom below 1mil...
Maybe have to stay at the fence for now..

3 bedroom under 1 mil is alittle tough as some might be above 1350sqft......or more...
probably you can opt for 2 plus 1 type.............look see property guru to have a feel for more pricing before you commit might be a better idea or you might just see something you may like.....
