Sqeaky rear suspensions e46

Here is another separate matter for my e46 320 sedan. My rear suspension seemed to creak/sqeak rather loudly whenever passengers get off the car, or when i try to press down the tail of the car (creaks during the press down action). I have recently changed to a sports spring and shock combo (KW), but i recall that when i was on stock, this noise was there too. Any reasons? Or is this norm due to the way BMW seat our rear springs on mounts?

if the sqeaks are heard with the hand brake engaged, then it is just from the hand brake due to minor movement. it's normal...

You are right. All instances when car is stand-still. But why is this the case and why so pronounced (really loud creak). So you are saying it is from real brakes? thanks.
