RPM iddle and Engine Shaking

Thanks for joining me to the Bimmer Forum.
My BMW e90, 320i was replaced the stem seal valves at BMW two months back. This week I have noticed strange behaviour. The car misfire (take long to start engine), the RPM iddle and the engine vibrates to the extend that you can feel the car shaking. This happens for the few minutes of starting the engine.

After few minutes, the idling stops and the engine stabilises. If the engine is stopped after going long distance and started again, all of this does not happen

Possibly a vacuum leak?
Like a valve cover crack or pcv hose leak
